Outsourcing Accounting Jobs
Many people complain about jobs being outsourced to other countries, but, one should think of why this is happening, and how it really relates to them, and if they can truly do anything about it. I am not saying that jobs being outsourced is good, or bad, it just is, since sometimes those jobs are maybe jobs that others might not want. One of these jobs might be some like these: India Outsourcing Accounting, or car building in other countries when they used to be built here. You would have to think why this has happened. One conclusion might be that these jobs can be preformed for less money, maybe more hours for less work, or something along those lines.
Jobs being outsourced do not mean that that type of job cant be preformed by someone from the US for a US company, it just might take some legwork to find a company that will employ you, and this would be as an independent contractor, so, you would have to pay taxes on the income you make. You would have to have the knowledge, the equipment, Internet a land line phone more than likely, and updated software, or other thing to protect your equipment. This type of work means usually you will have to have the space, and quiet to work, and the dedication to hours, and your job to from home, or an office with other people doing the same work. Either way, outsourcing can work for you, and not against you. If you work from home, telework, work at a regular nine to five, or some such hours type of job in a office, you are working, and not unemployed, so, you should be happy.
Working from home or a small office with a team of people doing similar jobs can be fun, and exciting if you make it so. Think of your job in other ways, and terms that boring and day to day drudge. India Outsourcing Accounting jobs do not have to be thought of as negative, or jobs that are taken away from others, since maybe other people did not want those jobs, or they could not do the work for the amount of pay that was offered. Either way, people are working, and getting paid, plus, the job is getting some by someone. India Outsourcing Accounting jobs can be done, they just might not be something that everyone can do.
